When we talk about the textile industry, major environmental issues go with it. Our first collection we choose to produce in Brazil. Brazil land is rich in biodiversity and the cotton we choose from the farms in South Brazil, gives us more options for more softer fabric. Brazil is at the top among the 18 megadiverse countries. It hosts between 15 and 20% of the world's biological diversity, with more than 120,000 species of invertebrates, about 9,000 vertebrates and more than 4,000 plant species.

An impressive 80% of Marietta Baderna's initial collection proudly bears sustainability certificates. We collaboratively engage with our team to conscientiously select the fabrics, as well as the packaging for Madalena's bodysuit and lingerie collection.
Recognizing that fabric choices significantly account for two-thirds of the environmental impact, Marietta Baderna is committed to making a tangible difference in this sphere.
